Does Warhammer 40K: Darktide Have Crossplay?
Crossplay and cross-saving are not currently available in Warhammer 40K: Darktide. Cross-play is not available at launch. However, Fatshark claims it is anticipated. It's preferable to play games like Warhammer 40K: Darktide with pals. Unfortunately, Darktide on Game Pass and Steam do not play well together as of launch. It's coming, according to Fatshark.

Is Warhammer 40K Darktide Crossplay For Console Version?
No, Since Darktide will only be released on PC on November 30, console crossplay is presently not allowed. There is still no release date for the console version. The studio does acknowledge the importance of crossplay and cross-save functionality, though. It is therefore very obvious that the studio would adore the opportunity to provide cross-platform multiplayer between console and PC, or even storefronts on PC. However, that is unlikely to happen soon.

Warhammer 40K Gameplay
The gameplay will follow a similar pattern to Fatshark's Warhammer: Vermintide 2, where four players work together to combat recurring waves of AI-controlled opponents. Players can alter their class, look, and gender in the game rather than choosing from a selection of pre-made characters. The Veteran, Zealot, Ogryn, and Psyker are the four classes. Every class will use a shield that regenerates.
