The star’s name at birth was Raymond Julian Vicimarli on December 18, 1954 in Newark, New Jersey. However, he has gained popularity as Raymond Allen Liotta. This is because he was adopted by Mary Liotta and Alfred Liotta when he was just six months old and grew up alongside his adoptive sister, Linda Liotta. Ray is of Scottish descent.
His adoptive father made the rounds as a staff director, president of a local Democratic club, and owner of an auto parts store, while his mother is a community clerk.
