BIOGRAPHY
The young actress Tipper Seifert-Cleveland began her career appearing in British series such as Doc Martin (2017), Call the Midwife (2017-2018) and Krypton (2018). In 2019, Seifert-Cleveland appeared as one of the citizens fleeing King’s Landing in the final season of HBO’s Game of Thrones . She will soon be seen as the child version of actress Emma Stone in Cruella (2021), a prequel to the 1961 animated film 101 Dalmatians in which Stone plays the young Estella de Vil during her transformation from aspiring fashion designer to criminal in fur coat.
