Stephen Fitzpatrick and Audun Laading formed Her's, an indie rock band from Liverpool, England. In August 2018, the band's debut full-length LP Invitation to Her's was released following the May 2017 compilation LP Songs of Her's. 'Dorothy,' the band's debut single, was released in April 2016, while the band headlined a number of gigs in Liverpool and performed at various festivals, including the Rising Star stage at the Green Man Festival in Wales' Brecon Beacons. Following a UK tour, the band signed with record label Heist or Hit. In 2020, the music video "Marcel" was released, and it got huge response from the audience. The video was directed by Camille Laading.

What Happened To The Band Hers?
Following the May 2017 compilation LP Songs of Her's, the band's debut full-length LP Invitation to Her's was released in August 2018. The duo were killed in a car accident in Arizona early on March 27, 2019, while on tour in the United States. The pair recorded a performance for BBC Introducing from the South by Southwest festival in the spring of 2019. Then came a trip to the United States. On this tour, Stephen, Audun, and their manager Trevor Engelbrektson were killed in a car accident while driving to a concert in Santa Ana, California.

The tragic news was announced on Facebook by record label Heist or Hit in a brief statement. The Public Safety Department of Arizona confirmed that Engelbrektson was driving the vehicle. It was the band's Ford tour van that had the crash. Francisco Rebollar, 64, of Murrieta, California, the driver of a Nissan pick-up truck, was also killed in the accident; a subsequent police investigation of the scene discovered a bottle of alcohol in the wreckage. Fitzpatrick's requiem mass was held at St. Mary's (Roman Catholic) Church in Barrow-in-Furness on April 23, 2019, followed by burial at Barrow-in-Furness Cemetery.
