Although she is popular like Liv Morgan among her legion of wrestling fans and followers, the wrestler was born Gionna Daddio on June 8, 1994, in Paramus, New Jersey, United States. She was raised in Elmwood Park, New Jersey.
The wrestler was mostly raised alongside her five siblings – four brothers and one sister, by their mother as a single parent after her father died when Liv was still just a child. Because of this, her mother worked very hard to provide for the six children.
Growing up, Liv was a huge wrestling fan, the same as her other siblings. She and her 4 older brothers created a makeshift ring that they used to fight that also attracted her brothers’ friends every day after school.
Liv Morgan has always been a tomboy and so pretending to be Lita at that time was something she found very cool. In fact, she found it very relatable, so much so that she thought the older diva might as well be her friend.
For her education, she went to Henry P. Becton Regional High School but dropped out at the age of 16. At 18, she had already left home to take care of herself. Before becoming a wrestler, she was once a competitive cheerleader and also a model who worked for Hooters.
In 2014, Liv Morgan was offered a contract by WWE and assigned to NXT after she was discovered in Wyckoff, New Jersey at Joe DeFranco’s gym. His first appearance was not in the ring. It was as a planted fan who jumped on Tyler Breeze when he entered the ring in 2015.
His first fight was against Eva Marie in October 2015, playing the jobber. At the time, she used the name Marley. She would later change her name to Liv Morgan for her next fight against Emma in December of the same year, but that would also end in defeat.
She continued wrestling under NXT until 2017 when she debuted on the main roster on SmackDown Live, teaming up with Sarah Logan and Ruby Riott to form The Riott Team. The trio were then recruited to RAW where they fought until 2019 when Morgan was cut from the team when she was taken to the Smackdown brand.
Seen as someone who still has great potential in the ring, Liv Morgan has also appeared in other media. She was featured as a playable character in the WWE video game, WWE 2K19
In 2018, she was ranked by the PWI Female 100 as number 53 of the top 100 female wrestlers.

Regarding her relationships, it is known that Daddio has never been married and hence, she does not have a husband. However, she has dated a number of men in the past. It’s no secret that she was once in a relationship with former professional wrestler and WWE star Enzo Amore.
Their no-hidden relationship started in 2016 and soon after, they became an item that seemed like it would last a long time. However, they broke up in 2017 following Liv’s accusations that she had been cheated on by Enzo. After the breakup, Enzo, who is also a rapper, released a song, “Liv A 30 For 30” on his new album which would be aimed at Morgan.
The live is now said to be coming out with another wrestler who is also signed to WWE under the NXT brand, his name is Tyler Bate. Although the two have been spotted together on several occasions and there has been some flirtation on social media between them, there is no confirmation yet regarding the relationship.
