The actress and model, Pilar Santacruz , debuted in the Series El Chema on the Telemundo network. In 2018 she played Sophie (Stephanie Salas) in the hit Netflix series Luis Miguel: La Serie (2018-). Pilar caught the public’s attention after participating in the fourth episode of the series titled “Guilty or not.” The actress plays Sophie, who gives the final blow to the singer’s relationship with her first love, the photographer Mariana Yazbek. Salas’ character reappears in the second season of the series, so Pilar returned to production. About this character, Pilar said at the time of her for GQ that she saw Stephanie as a light, relaxed and fun person, so it had been very enriching to work on building her.
